Discuss a Project
Bring the plan,
the problem,
or the possibility.
Tell us what you want to make, where it will go and what it needs to do. A drawing is useful. A description and a few photographs can be a good place to start.

Good questions.
Do I need a finished design?
No. You can bring a finished plan, a developing idea or the purpose you want the work to serve. We can discuss the next useful step.
Can you help with one fabrication step?
Yes. CNC cutting, engraving, flattening and related fabrication work can be discussed as a defined scope. Include dimensions, material and quantity so we can assess the fit.
Do you work on business and home projects?
The portfolio includes commercial venues, business furniture, home bars and personal recognition pieces. The right fit depends on the project, location and work required.
Who handles installation?
That is defined for each project. Tell us who is responsible for the site and installation when you get in touch. For example, SHB fabricated and delivered the Boarding House frontage sign; the customer installed it.
How are price and timing established?
They depend on the scope, materials, design work and schedule. Share any target date and investment range at the start so those constraints can be discussed before a commitment.
Can I review an engraving before it is carved?
Yes. We prepare an approval rendering so you can check the design and wording before the final carving.
Can I visit the shop?
Shop visits are by appointment. Use our project inquiry form to request a time that works for you. We will confirm the appointment with you before your visit.
What happens after I complete the inquiry form?
Review your details, open the prepared email draft, and send it to us from your email app. You can add photographs or drawings to that email. If an email app does not open, copy the details and send them to ryanSHBCO@gmail.com or call 618-610-7582.
