The inquiry form
The form prepares a project or appointment inquiry in your browser. It does not submit information to a website database or email-delivery service. Your entries remain in the page while it is open; refreshing or leaving may clear them.
When you choose “Open email draft,” the details are passed to your email app. You review and send the message there. Choosing “Copy inquiry” places those details on your device’s clipboard so you can paste them into an email. The website cannot confirm sending or delivery.
Information you send us
Your name, contact details, project information and any attachments you choose to email help SHB discuss your request, prepare the scope and coordinate the work. Email is handled by your email provider and the provider for our business inbox. Please share only details relevant to the project, and avoid payment-card information or other sensitive records.
Visits and website measurement
Shop visits are by appointment. Suggest a few options in your inquiry; we will confirm a time before your visit.
This website does not currently load advertising or analytics trackers, and the inquiry form does not save entries in cookies or browser storage. The hosting provider may process routine technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Links to Facebook or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
