A piece made to help carry the mission
For the 2026 Golf of America Freedom Classic, SHB donated an engraved barrel cap commemorating America’s 250th anniversary. The design brings together an eagle, the flag, American landmarks and scenes of service.
From the shop to the live auction
The finished cap combines the character of the wood with detailed carving and hand finishing. At the event’s Freedom Concert live auction, it raised $10,000, according to Tunnel to Towers - Southern IL - STL’s public report.
That result belongs to the cause, the bidders and everyone involved in the event. SHB’s contribution was the donated piece and the work behind it.
